The remaining six non-selected enterprises under review imposed a tariff of 9.07%. The six companies are Anji Dacheng Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd., BYD , Trina Solar Changzhou Company and Thailand Company, Shenzhen Shanggu Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Tangneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd .

The U.S. Ministry of Commerce will issue a directive to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bureau to impose countervailing duties on products containing photovoltaic cells of the enterprises involved, which will be subsequently levied by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bureau.
