this dividend will distribute a cash dividend of 4.8 yuan (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders, without bonus shares or capital stock, totaling 458 million yuan, accounting for 71.77% of the net profit attributable to the parent company in 2025.

According to the 2025 annual performance report issued by Shangfeng Cement, the company's operating income was 4.692 billion yuan, down-13.87% year on year, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 638 million yuan, up 1.62% year on year.
