Recently, the Clean Energy Branch of Huaneng (Zhejiang) Energy Development Co., Ltd . Signed a strategic cooperation agreement on " Huaneng Pingyang Tengjiao 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase I) ".
According to the official micro-disclosure of "Huaneng (Zhejiang) Energy Development Co., Ltd. Clean Energy Branch", the total investment of the project is about 330 million yuan , which will adopt the integrated development mode of "photovoltaic + planting under the board + intelligent energy" and take the path of complementary development of agriculture and light. To achieve "clean power generation on the board and characteristic planting under the board".
It is noteworthy that in December 2025, the project has completed the enterprise investment project filing in Pingyang County Development and Reform Bureau.
According to the project record information table, the project is a new ground centralized photovoltaic power station, located in Linjia Village, Hexing Village, Lianhe Village and Renxiu Village, Tengjiao Town, Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The installed capacity of AC side is 100MW , and there are 32 PV arrays in total. The
project was originally planned to start in June 2026 and to be completed in September 2027.
