Conch Cement announced that Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, signed the Capital Increase and Restructuring Agreement with Wanwei Group on January 29, 2026.
Accordingly, Conch Group intends to acquire 60% of the equity of Wanwei Group by way of capital increase, and the Capital Increase and Restructuring Agreement will not come into effect until the conditions such as the declaration of concentration of operators are fulfilled.
