According to the work arrangement of the Notice of Jiuquan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration on the Spot Inspection Plan of Municipal Product Quality Supervision in 2026 (No.10 of Jiuquan Municipal Supervision [2026]), we should fully grasp the quality of key people's livelihood products and ensure the safety of people's production and life. Jiuquan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration organized the spot check of product quality supervision at the municipal level in the second quarter of 2026. The results of the spot check are hereby reported to the public as follows:
I. General Overview of
the Supervision and Spot Check The scope of this supervision and spot check covers coal, automotive gasoline, bricks and blocks, thermal insulation materials, ceramic tiles, paints and coatings, flocculent fiber products, waterproof materials, metal insulation sandwich panels for construction, cement, cement and cement products, Plastic pipes and other 11 key products cover the whole field of production and circulation. A total of 125 batches of sampling inspection plans were issued, 111 batches of sampling inspection were actually completed, and the completion rate of sampling inspection tasks was 88.8%.
2. The overall situation of
product quality is that 111 batches of products are inspected, 105 batches are qualified, 6 batches are unqualified, and the comprehensive qualified rate is 94.6%. Among them, coal: involving 25 distribution enterprises, qualified 24 batches, unqualified 1 batch, the qualified rate is 96%. Motor gasoline: 15 distribution enterprises are involved, 15 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%. Bricks and building blocks: 6 production enterprises are involved, 4 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 66.7%. Thermal insulation materials: 7 manufacturing enterprises are involved, 7 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%. Ceramic tiles: 10 distribution enterprises are involved, 10 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%. Paint and coating: 1 production enterprise and 9 distribution enterprises are involved, 10 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%. Flocculent fiber products: 10 production enterprises are involved, 9 batches are qualified, 1 batch is unqualified, and the qualified rate is 90%. Waterproof material: 5 production enterprises are involved, 5 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%. Metal insulation sandwich panel for building: 5 manufacturing enterprises are involved, 5 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%. Cement and cement products: 13 production enterprises were involved, 11 batches were qualified, and the qualified rate was 76.9%. Plastic pipes: 2 production enterprises and 3 distribution enterprises are involved, 5 batches are qualified, and the qualified rate is 100%.
3. Main problems
found in the spot check 1. Bricks and blocks: the items of compressive strength and frost resistance are not qualified. The unqualified reasons may be that the quality of raw materials is not up to the standard or there are problems in the manufacturing process.
2. Wadding fiber products: the grinding rate is unqualified, and the unqualified reason is that there are problems in the manufacturing process.
3. Cement and cement products: The compressive strength and water absorption of the products are not qualified. The unqualified reasons may be that the quality of raw materials is not up to standard or there are problems in the manufacturing process.
4. Disposal and Rectification
In view of the unqualified products found in this spot check, our Bureau has carried out post-processing verification and disposal according to law. The first is to order the relevant business entities to immediately stop selling and removing substandard products from the shelves, and conduct a comprehensive investigation of similar products; the second is to investigate and prosecute the business entities selling substandard products in accordance with the law; the third is to urge the relevant entities to deeply analyze the root causes of the problems, complete the rectification within a time limit, strictly implement the main responsibility of quality, and prevent the recurrence of similar problems.
This circular is open to the public and subject to the supervision of all sectors of society. If the masses find clues to product quality violations, they can report them through 12315 complaint reporting channels.
