At 8:18 a.m. on July 1, local time in Mongolia, Zhonglian Mongolia Mengxin Bayingala Cement Production Line Project with an annual output of 1 million tons, which was contracted by China Building Material International Engineering Group and designed and equipped by Beijing Triumph, successfully completed the hoisting of the first and second cylinders of the rotary kiln, achieving another stage goal after the column of the preheater tower.
The total length of the rotary kiln of Zhonglian Mongolia Mengxin Project is 60 meters, and the diameter of the kiln cylinder is 4.0 meters, which is hoisted in 8 sections. In order to ensure that the hoisting work can be carried out smoothly as planned, the project department has made careful arrangements in terms of equipment procurement and shipment, hoisting plan formulation and construction personnel arrangement. In November 2014, in the extremely cold weather of 30 degrees below zero in Mongolia, with the support of the owner and Beikai, the project department overcame many difficulties and shipped the rotary kiln cylinder to the site in advance. Before hoisting, all parties demonstrated the hoisting plan in detail again, and carefully checked the hoisting equipment and tools. Under the careful deployment and detailed arrangement of the owner and the general contractor, all the staff involved in the hoisting work strictly implemented the scheduled plan, United sincerely and cooperated closely to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the hoisting work.
