Azerbaijan NORM 5,000t/d clinker cement production line won the first prize for excellent engineering design

   The 20th Excellent Engineering Design Award Evaluation Meeting of Building Materials Industry organized by China Building Materials Engineering Construction Association was held in Nanning, Guangxi in November 2016. The evaluation results were published on China Building Material Engineering Information Network from November 18 to December 8, 2016, and the final results were announced a few days ago. Azerbaijan NORM 5,000t /d clinker cement production line won the first prize for excellent engineering design.

   Azerbaijan NORM Cement Plant is contracted by China Building Material International Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Triumph Building Material Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for the design, equipment supply and commissioning of the 5,000-ton project. It is the largest cement plant in the entire Caucasus region, as well as the largest and most modernized cement plant in Azerbaijan. The whole production line was put into operation on July 21, 2014, and the PAC certificate was obtained on October 15, 2015.

   Another project that Beijing Triumph participated in the evaluation: Italian Cement Group's Suez 2 × 5000tpd technical transformation project won the third prize for excellent engineering design.
