Recently, the 12 MW waste heat power generation EP complete project of Pakistan Pioneer Cement Company contracted by CITIC Heavy Industries was officially connected to the grid.

Located in Lahore, Pakistan, the 12 MW waste heat power generation EP project of Pakistan Pioneer Cement Company contracted by CITIC Heavy Industries utilizes the waste heat of 2150TPD clinker production line kiln tail and 4200TPD kiln head and tail and CFB boiler of Pioneer Cement Company. A 12 MW waste heat recovery power generation system will be constructed.
Since the implementation of the project, CITIC Heavy Industries has attached great importance to it, and all the project teams, as pioneers, are not afraid of difficulties, rigorous and pragmatic, and brave to shoulder heavy burdens. Under the high temperature of 40 or 50 degrees, tens of thousands of equipment and parts were counted, drawings and technical points were explained in detail for Pakistan, and relevant technical guidance services were completed with high quality and efficiency.

The project team completed the design and supply of the power generation project in only six months, creating the shortest cycle record of the Chinese project in the Pakistani market. The efforts of the project team members have won high respect and praise from the Pakistani side. As of December 20, four waste heat boilers have been successfully connected to the grid, with a maximum power generation capacity of 9300kw, and all power generation indicators have fully reached and exceeded the design capacity.
