   Laos KCL Project is located in Thaqu City, Khammouane Province, Laos. It is a cement company invested and constructed by Royal Cement Group of Thailand (SCG) in Laos. It is planned to build four 5000 t/d cement production lines, and the first phase is a 5000 t/d cement production line.
