Yang Jie, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Group, accompanied the inspection.
Song Zhiping and his delegation visited the construction site of BeniSuef Project, visited and consoled the cadres and employees who were far away from home and worked conscientiously, and listened carefully to the reports on project implementation, management and control, Party building and incorruptness of the project department. Song Zhiping fully affirmed the project department's careful planning, innovative project organization and implementation, and praised the outstanding achievements of the project department in Party building and clean government. He said that the Beni Suef project has six cement production lines with a daily output of 6,000 tons, which are constructed at the same time at a construction site. It is a large-scale project. During the discussion and exchange, Song Zhiping hoped that Beni Suef Project Department would continue to make steady progress on the basis of its current achievements and strive to achieve four benchmarks: First, to be the benchmark of international projects. The project should be built into a business card of China Building Material Group and China Material International Overseas Engineering Project, and a pearl project of the countries along the "the Belt and Road". This will greatly enhance the influence and appeal of the Group overseas and enhance the confidence of the countries along the "the Belt and Road" in the Group. After the completion of the project, Beni Suef Project Department will undertake the production guarantee and operation of the project for ten years, realizing the transformation of overseas engineering projects from single EPC project to "project engineering + management" mode. Third, we should be a benchmark for the cultural integration of countries along the "the Belt and Road". In the process of going out, enterprises should integrate into the local community, cooperate with local enterprises, contribute to local development and serve the local people. The Beni Suef Project Department worked closely with local companies during the implementation of the project and contracted all civil works to local enterprises, which promoted the integration of the project and the company with the local area. This good practice should be maintained in the future.

The Engineering Bureau undertakes the task of large-scale engineering construction in Egypt and is one of the most important institutions in the country. It is hoped that the two sides will not only have good cooperation in the general contracting construction of cement projects, but also carry out more in-depth and extensive win-win and mutually beneficial cooperation in building materials, new energy and other fields.
