According to Kyodo News Agency, participants appealed to all members of the Japanese Diet and planned to form an alliance as early as March.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > According to the report, it is envisaged that Japan and South Korea will build a railway starting from Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, passing through Qi and Tsushima, and finally reaching Busan City, with a total length of about 230 kilometers, of which the submarine part is 128 kilometers long.
