< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Japan's Sakata Kyodo Power Co., Ltd. has successfully applied fly ash mixing technology to the construction of water tanks and caps. Among them, fly ash accounts for 5% of the concrete product. In addition to the successful application of the product in the construction of highway tunnel drainage canals, in April this year, the technology has been successfully approved by the local Yamafata Ibaraki County Government. In the next few years, Kyodo plans to further apply the technology to infrastructure construction projects contracted by the government.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > After repeated research, the fly ash concrete developed by Kyodo not only meets the requirements of high strength, but also greatly reduces the cost. The study started in Japan in 2009 and determined the optimum fly ash mixing ratio. Kyodo's future research plan is to further increase the proportion of fly ash on the basis of maintaining the strength of concrete.
