Implemented on June 15! Hubei issued the Technical Specification for Carbon Measurement in Cement Industry-Inspection and Verification of Clinker Output

Recently, the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision and Administration approved the issuance of three local measurement technical specifications in Hubei Province, including the Technical Specification for Carbon Measurement in Cement Industry and the Monitoring and Verification of Clinker Output, compiled by Huaxin Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. This series of specifications will be implemented on June 15, 2026, which will play an important role in promoting the construction of carbon measurement standard system in cement industry, promoting precise emission reduction and standardized management in Hubei Province.
