On August 31, 2023, the " 12GW High Efficiency Heterojunction Project" of Zhejiang Runhai New Energy Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, and Runhai Solar Energy was officially unveiled in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. Leading representatives, shareholder representatives, important partners and professional media of Zhoushan City witnessed the milestone moment of Runhai Solar Energy.

Runhai Solar Energy is a new energy enterprise dedicated to the R & D, production and sales of high-efficiency heterojunction batteries and components with the goal of "heterojunction industrialization leader"; China Resources Power Logistics (China) Co., Ltd. , Zhoushan Marine Comprehensive Development Investment Co., Ltd. (a local state-owned enterprise) and Jiangsu Aikang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment of a joint venture company, which was established on December 21, 2021 with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan.
