CNBM: Sinoma International completes acquisition of 100% equity interest in Hefei Institute

CNBM has issued an announcement in relation to the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Hefei Institute by Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Sinoma International), an A-share listed subsidiary of CNBM, by issuing 367 million shares to China National Building Materials Research Institute. As at the date of this announcement, the transfer of the Subject Equity Interest to Sinoma International has been completed.

CNBM has issued an announcement in relation to the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Hefei Institute by Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Sinoma International), an A-share listed subsidiary of CNBM, by issuing 367 million shares to China National Building Materials Research Institute. As at the date of this announcement, the transfer of the Subject Equity Interest to Sinoma International has been completed.

In addition, the registration of approximately 367 million Consideration Shares issued by Sinoma International pursuant to the Acquisition and the Deemed Disposal has been completed at the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on 28 February 2023, and such Consideration Shares will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on the next trading day following the expiry of the lock-up period.
