2023, the tunnel project of Chizhou Building Material Corridor Project in Sinoma Mine was successfully completed. The total length of the corridor project
of Chizhou Project is 36 kilometers, passing through three township streets of Meijie, Juanqiao and Qiujiang in Chizhou City, Anhui Province, and more than ten villages. The project is the most important project in the new material project and the integration project of port and corridor in Chizhou, and is also the largest infrastructure project undertaken by Sinoma Mine in recent years. The total length of the corridor tunnel section is 13 kilometers. Construction started on July 1, 2022, and after one year's efforts, it ushered in the important milestone of the whole tunnel, which was completed four months ahead of the original 16-month plan.
Guo Zhengyong delivered a speech at the tunnel completion ceremony, pointing out that the tunnel project of Chizhou China Building Material Corridor Project is the key project of China Building Material Group's first large-scale aggregate project with a single investment of over 10 billion yuan and an annual output of 40 million tons. The successful completion of the tunnel project is a major event in the construction process of Chizhou Sinoma Aggregate, as well as a major event in Sinoma Mine, marking a milestone victory in the construction of key projects. The tunnel project of Chizhou Corridor Project is huge and complex. Since its official commencement in July 2022, it has been deeply concerned and loved by the leaders at all levels of the Group, the Stock Company, New Tianshan Cement and Sinoma International, and has received the full assistance and support of the Guichi District Government of Chizhou City. After 365 days and nights of intense and orderly construction, the units affiliated to Sinoma Mine have overcome many difficulties such as complex geological conditions and tight construction period, inverted schedule, wall chart operations, hard work and vigorous promotion. All the builders have fully carried forward the spirit of fearing difficulties and daring to struggle, and have realized the whole line of the tunnel with high quality and high standards, thus creating zero accidents in the underground excavation project. It has won a series of proud honors from local governments and groups, and has written a brilliant chapter in tunnel construction with wisdom and sweat. It is understood that on April 27, 2022, Chizhou China Building Material New Material, a subsidiary of East China Material, successfully delisted the mining right of sand and gravel mine in Hengshan Mining Area, Guichi District, Chizhou City, and signed the Confirmation of Transaction on the spot. The resource reserve of the mining right is 814 million tons, which is sold by listing, and the bidding price is RMB 2.484 billion.
Chizhou New Materials Co., Ltd. will construct a 40 million tons/year construction project of Hengshan Mining Area and peripheral cement limestone mine in Guichi District of Chizhou City, with a total investment of about 9.151 billion yuan, and build a 40 million tons/year mineral product processing production line and supporting mineral product transportation corridor.
This investment will increase the production capacity of Tianshan Cement Aggregate, enhance the regional market competitiveness, realize the industrial linkage effect of cement, commercial mix and aggregate, and boost the realization of the aggregate business development planning objectives. The investment and construction of the project is conducive to the realization of the company's investment layout along the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the promotion of the construction of the core profit area in the Yangtze River Delta.
