Guizhou Cement Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standards Symposium Held

On November 19, a symposium on air pollutant emission standards for cement industry in Guizhou Province was held in Guizhou Cement Industry Association. Atmospheric Division of Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Provincial Environmental Science Research and Design Institute, Provincial Cement Industry Association, Guizhou Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd., Conch (Guizhou) Holding Co., Ltd., Longli Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd., Taiwan Cement (Anshun) Cement Co., Ltd., Relevant leaders of Huarun Cement (Anshun) Co., Ltd., Majiang Mingda Cement Co., Ltd. and Qiannan Hongan Building Materials Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

At the meeting, we listened to the introduction of the current production and operation status of cement industry enterprises, understood the operation of air pollution prevention and control facilities and particulate matter emissions of cement industry enterprises, interpreted the background and content of the standards by the Atmospheric Department of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and combined with the actual situation of our province. The requirements of air pollutant emission control, monitoring and supervision and management in cement industry were explained in detail, and the enterprises in cement industry were consulted and suggested on the relevant contents.
