It claims that it uses limestone to produce sand and gravel aggregates and sells them at a low price, and produces and sells sand and gravel aggregates in the name of new material projects such as flux calcium.
On November 24, Xinhua County Regulatory Bureau responded that the business scope of Hunan Conch Cement includes the sale of building materials, which has legal qualifications, and its sales products are high-silicon waste in cement production rather than sand and gravel aggregates.
