The announcement shows that on December 10, 2025, the seventeenth interim board of directors of the company in 2025 considered and approved the Bill on the Appointment of Vice President of the Company, which was nominated by Mr. Liu Shusen, the president of the company. To appoint Ms. Li Xun as the vice president of Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd., with the term of office commencing from the date of approval by the board of directors and expiring at the end of the thirteenth session of the board of directors.
