On December 12, according to the public notice issued by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi, Liuzhou Zhengling Luzhai Cement withdrew from a 2500t/d clinker production line; Taiwan Cement (Guigang) Cement withdrew from a 6000t/d clinker production line; Guangxi Hechi Guotou Yufeng withdraws from a 2500t/d clinker production line.
