The announcement shows that the project, with a total investment of 210 million yuan, is located in the residential concentration area of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with an installed capacity of 100 MW (AC side), all of which are household photovoltaics , with a single household record capacity of 60-80 kW. It covers about 1430 households in Bayannur City.

The project is planned to be completed and put into production within 365 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Consortium bidding is accepted for

this project. In case of consortium bidding, the leader of the consortium shall be specified. The number of units forming the consortium shall not be more than two, and the leader of the consortium must be a construction enterprise. The

bidding documents will be obtained from 9:00 a.m. on February 4, 2026 to 17:00 p.m. on February 10, 2026. The deadline for submission of

bidding documents is 9:30 on March 5, 2026.
