civil ruling, the People's Court of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region found that Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang County was established on September 28, 2006 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. On April 16,

2025, the first creditors' meeting of Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang County was held, and the total amount of unopposed creditor's rights was confirmed to be 24904673.55. After Sanjiang Renfeng Cement Co., Ltd. supplemented and declared the creditor's rights to the administrator 1184482 yuan, the administrator confirmed that the creditor's rights of Sanjiang Renfeng Cement Co., Ltd. were 606600 yuan, and the total amount of the creditor's rights was 25511273.55 yuan.

As of January 21, 2026, the fee for the administrator to perform his duties is 6335.12 yuan. The administrator investigated the property of Sanjiang County Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. and found that the actual total assets of Sanjiang County Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. were 9672364.72 yuan.

The administrator considers that Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang County is unable to pay off its debts due and is seriously insolvent, and that Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang County has ceased to operate, its business premises have been transferred, there is no possibility of reorganization, and no creditor has applied for reconciliation. Therefore, it applied to the People's Court of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to declare the bankruptcy of Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang County.
