Li Shifeng, former general manager of Wannianqing, was appointed deputy general manager of Jiangyan Group.

On February 4, Jiangyan Group announced that the 43rd meeting of the second board of directors of Jiangxi Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. It was agreed to appoint Mr. Li Shifeng as the deputy general manager of the Company (please refer to the appendix for his biographical details), with the term of office consistent with that of the second session of the Board. Board, the appointment of Mr. Li Shifeng is in compliance with the relevant laws, administrative regulations and regulatory documents, and he is not prohibited from acting as a senior management member of a listed company under the Company Law and the Articles of Association, nor is he prohibited from entering the market by the China Securities Regulatory Commission; There are no other circumstances under which the Shanghai Stock Exchange determines that he is not suitable to serve as a senior manager of a listed company. last year, Jiangxi Wannianqing announced that Mr. Li Shifeng applied to resign as a director, general manager and member of the relevant special committees of the board of directors due to job adjustment. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Li Shifeng no longer holds any position in the company.
