On February 4, Shao Jun, Chairman of China Cement Network, and his delegation visited Jiangxi Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. and were warmly welcomed by Zhang Zhenkun, CEO of Asia Cement (China) Holding Company, and other senior officials. The two sides had a detailed exchange on the current development trend of the industry.

Zhang Zhenkun said that Yadong Cement continued to promote diversified upgrading and cost control in the production and operation links. On the one hand, it grasped the trend of energy transformation in the transport sector, promoted the electrification of cement transport vehicles and transport ships, and was building a wharf along the Yangtze River with the functions of unloading and charging, and planned to replace the existing 1000-ton transport ships with 10000-ton ones. After the popularization of electric boats, relevant services will also be provided to the outside world, which not only reduces carbon but also reduces transportation costs; on the other hand, it will promote the reform of sales mode from ex-factory price to in-place price, directly intervene in transportation links, effectively solve the problem of fleeing goods, further control transportation costs and improve the profit margin of cement business.

At the same time, Yadong aggregate business shows a strong cost advantage, far lower than similar projects in the industry, providing profit support for enterprises.

Yadong Cement continued to strengthen its overseas market layout, and officially launched the clinker export business in June 2025, with a cumulative export volume of 800,000 tons in the second half of the year. The export destination of Yadong cement clinker covers many countries such as Bangladesh, with a profit of US $1.5 per ton, which is higher than export profit level of US $1 per ton of Taiwan factories. In addition, although Yadong Cement has not yet carried out cement export business, it has laid out five transit depots in Taizhou with a total storage capacity of 70000 tons, which has strong cement export hardware capacity and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent expansion of cement oversea s market.
