Recently, the Chongqing Economic and Information Commission issued a public announcement on the demolition of two production lines of 2500 tons of cement clinker per day of Chongqing Tianzhu Cement (Group) Co., Ltd. In accordance with the requirements of documents such as "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition)" and on-site verification and acceptance by Jiangjin Economic Information Commission, Chongqing Tianzhu Cement (Group) Co., Ltd. has used two cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons to complete the capacity project, rotary kilns have been cut, grate coolers, transformers and other equipment have been dismantled. The pollutant discharge permit and production permit have been changed and do not have the capacity to restore production capacity, which are now publicized from January 30 to February 12, 2026.
According to the announcement issued by Chongqing Economic and Information Commission on September 23, 2025, Chongqing Tianzhu Cement (Group) Co., Ltd. replaced 1250 tons of production capacity in Line 1 of 2500 tons per day cement clinker production line to Kaixian Kaizhou Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement production capacity. The remaining 1250 tons of production capacity was transferred to Huaining Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement the production capacity; 1250 tons of production capacity in Line 2 was replaced to Chongqing Xinjianan Building Materials Co., Ltd. to supplement production capacity, and the remaining 1250 tons of production capacity was replaced to Honglong Cement Co., Ltd. of Chongqing Hongyang Building Materials Group to supplement production capacity.
