Construction Scale: This project covers an area of about 589.41 mu, with a total construction area of about 384089. Among them, the 339118 of the new standardized workshop is 0.61 ㎡, the 44971 of the production and service facilities is 0.09 ㎡, the supporting construction of 1508 motor vehicle parking spaces and 1995 non-motor vehicle parking spaces, the supporting construction of internal roads, water supply and drainage pipe network, communication pipe network, gas pipe network and ancillary facilities such as power supply, water supply and fire fighting facilities in the park. The
first phase of this project covers an area of about 496.36 mu, with a construction area of about 265113. 70 square meters. The construction content includes the pre-process, post-process, supporting housing and supporting facilities. The construction and installation cost is about 1,631 million yuan. Bidding scope: the design and construction of the project, the completion acceptance and overall handover of the project, and the defect repair and warranty work during the warranty period of the project. The content of
design work includes: carrying out quota design according to the maximum price of construction and installation engineering cost bidding given by the tenderee, and completing the construction drawing design of the project, all professional engineering deepening design, secondary design, change design, public auxiliary design, construction stage, completion acceptance stage and all design services within the defect liability period. The design results shall be submitted on time and in accordance with the quality, and shall be approved and reviewed by relevant functional departments and tripartite organizations; the main design contents include the engineering contents within the construction scope described in the bidding documents (see the contents of the construction scope for details). The construction drawing design shall conform to the preliminary design standard, content, scope, scale, requirements of the bidding documents and project characteristics description, and meet the functional requirements of the tenderee, the requirements of the main materials and equipment provided, and the design standards and acceptance standards of relevant industries. Provide one design representative to provide on-site service.
The construction work includes all the contents included in the construction drawings of the project. Including but not limited to civil engineering, earthwork engineering (including rock blasting), pile foundation engineering, landscape greening engineering, installation engineering (including but not limited to fire engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, heating and ventilation engineering, elevator engineering, weak current engineering, seismic support engineering, strong current engineering, floodlighting engineering, external line engineering, traffic safety engineering, public auxiliary engineering), signs and signs, Comprehensive pipe network works (including the channel construction of formal electricity and communication network), intelligent works, indoor and outdoor decoration works, curtain wall works, network, temporary water installation and access, outdoor ancillary works, etc. The specific construction contents shall be subject to the final construction drawings reviewed by the Tenderee, and the Tenderee may adjust them according to the specific conditions of the project during the implementation of the project.
Construction period: 270 calendar days (the construction shall be completed before October 30, 2026, and the delivery standard for equipment mobilization and installation shall be met). The specific commencement date shall be subject to the date specified in the commencement order issued by the Tenderee or the Chief Supervision Engineer. The tenderee has the right to require the bidder to complete the project in advance according to the construction progress of the project. In addition to the extension of the construction period, the winning bidder shall not claim any other form of compensation.
