China Cement Net Project Link shows that the EPC + operation integration section of the special railway project in the northwest of Jincheng City is under bidding recently, and the deadline for bidding is 9:30 on October 16.

The project is expected to demand 432,100 tons of cement, 912,300 cubic meters of concrete and 3,889,600 tons of sand and gravel.

This project is located in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, passing through Jiafeng Town, Duanshi Town and Hudi Township of Qinshui County. The new line is 24.01 km long, with 3 new stations and 1 reconstructed junction station. The bidding scope includes all contents related to project survey and design, construction, operation and maintenance. The source of funds is self-raised by enterprises. Consortium bidding is allowed. Online electronic bidding is adopted. The deadline for submission of bidding documents is 2026-10-16 09:30.
