On February 10, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting project (three times) of Gangwu Shangz Hai Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County, Guizhou Province was issued, and the tenderer was Lianxin Energy Development Co., Ltd. of Guanling Autonomous County.
It is noteworthy that the project issued a tender failure announcement on February 3. The announcement showed that the tender was rejected because there were less than three valid bidders.
It is understood that the project, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, is located in Gangwu Town, Guanling County, Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, Anshun, Guizhou Province. A 220 KV gathering station will be built jointly with the proposed Shayingweili Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County and Gangwujianzhuang Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County. The project is planned to be connected to 220kV Poye Town booster station through 4-circuit 35KV collector line (this project does not involve the construction of booster station and outgoing line). The planned duration of the
project is 180 days. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender. In case of consortium bidding, the number of consortium members (including the leader) shall not exceed 3. The
bidding documents will be obtained from February 11, 2026 to February 25, 2026 at 23:59. The deadline for submission of
tender documents is 9:30 on March 6, 2026.
