Highest 206.61%! Final Ruling of the Second Double Reverse Sunset Review of Photovoltaic in China by the United States "Drop Hammer"

According to the China Trade Relief Information Network, on February 10, the Ministry of Commerce of the United States issued a notice. The second anti-dumping and countervailing rapid sunset review of crystalline silicon photovoltaic products imported from China was made . At the same time, the second anti-dumping rapid sunset review affirmative final ruling was made on the products imported from Taiwan, China.

It ruled that if the existing anti-dumping duties on the products involved were to be abolished, The dumping of China's products involved in the case will continue or recur at a dumping margin of 165.04% , and the dumping of Taiwan's products involved in the case will continue or recur at a dumping margin of 27.55%; If the current countervailing duty is abolished, it will lead to the continuation or recurrence of subsidies for Chinese products involved in the case at a rate of 29.72%-41.57% . , on January 23 , 2014, the U.S. Ministry of Commerce took the lead in launching anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products imported from China and anti-dumping investigations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products imported from Taiwan, China. 2015, the Ministry of Commerce of the United States officially issued anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products imported from China, and anti-dumping duty orders on products imported from Taiwan, China.

Since then, the United States has conducted a sunset review investigation, made an affirmative ruling on September 11 , 2020, and extended the anti-dumping and countervailing duty period for Chinese products involved in the case, as well as the anti-dumping duty period for Taiwan products involved in the case. On August 1 ,

2025, the United States launched the second anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products imported from China, and the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation on products imported from Taiwan, China.

So far, the United States has made the second "double-reaction" sunset review arbitration, which has become the latest round of trade blockade against China's photovoltaic industry chain.
