Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Rizhao City, Shandong Province, issued a public announcement on the green manufacturing units of Rizhao City in 2026.
In order to comprehensively strengthen the construction of green manufacturing system, strengthen the gradient cultivation of green manufacturing units, and promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of industry, according to the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Manufacturing Units in Shandong Province and the Notice on Organizing and Recommending the List of Green Manufacturing at the Municipal Level in 2026. Rizhao Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology organized the declaration of green manufacturing units at the municipal level in 2026.
Through the procedures of voluntary declaration by enterprises, recommendation by industry and information departments of districts and counties (functional areas), and expert evaluation and demonstration, 31 enterprises are proposed to be identified as green factories in Rizhao City, and 1 enterprise is a green supply chain management enterprise in Rizhao City.
Among them, two cement enterprises were rated as green factories:

Shandong Hengtuo Cement Co., Ltd.
