Recently, the Xinjiang Energy Regulatory Office conducted collective interviews with 12 energy storage enterprises in its jurisdiction that did not obey dispatching orders and exceeded planned charging and discharging , compacted the main responsibility of enterprises, and cracked down on irregularities in power operation.
Xinjiang Energy Regulatory Office pointed out that some independent energy storage and energy storage enterprises have weak awareness of laws and regulations, ignore dispatching orders, deviate from dispatching curves without authorization, and generate electricity beyond orders. Such violations can easily cause fluctuations in the operation parameters of the power grid and bring potential risks to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
Xinjiang Energy Regulatory Office stressed that all energy storage enterprises should face up to the problems, thoroughly analyze the root causes of the problems, clarify the rectification standards and work requirements, and carry out the reform.
Firstly, we should accurately declare the charging and discharging plan, eliminate the problems of blind declaration and arbitrary adjustment , avoid the deviation of operation plan from the source, and consolidate the operation foundation of power grid dispatching. Secondly, we should strictly abide by the dispatching rules, accurately control the charging and discharging output, and minimize the deviation between the actual operation curve and the dispatching command curve. Third, we should take the initiative to accept supervision, consciously obey dispatching orders, standardize grid-connected operation behavior, and make every effort to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of regional power grids.
Next, the Xinjiang Energy Regulatory Office will continue to strengthen the normal supervision of grid-connected operation of energy storage, focus on the rigid implementation of dispatching discipline, intensify the verification and disposal of violations, and resolutely put an end to all kinds of grid-connected violations. Energy storage enterprises should be guided to operate in accordance with the law, maintain a fair and orderly power market order, and build a strong line of defense for the security and stability of the power grid.
