On June 17, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Demolition of Huarun Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd. for Capacity Replacement of Cement Clinker Production Line, which said that according to the requirements of the document "Measures for the Imp lementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.206), our office organized on-site verification. The cement clinker production line of China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 2000 tons for capacity replacement has been shut down and dismantled, and does not meet the conditions for resumption of production.

The document States that according to the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology original [2024] 206), after on-site verification organized by our office, the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2000 tons used for capacity replacement by China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd. has been shut down and dismantled, and does not meet the conditions for resumption of production.

According to the previous announcement, the production capacity of the production line is used for energy-saving and environmental protection technology transformation of No.3 cement clinker production line of China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd. with a ratio of 1:1 replacement.
