the data, Xiang Tao, male, born in November 1971, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a graduate student and a senior engineer. He has successively served as party secretary and chairman of Gansu Power Investment Changle Power Generation Co., Ltd., deputy chief engineer, party committee member and deputy general manager of Gansu Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. He has been a director of the company since September 2022.
He is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, Director, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd.
According to the semi-annual report of 2026, the main business of Gansu energy is thermal power generation, hydropower generation, wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation . As of the end of June 2026, the installed capacity of photovoltaic projects controlled by the Company was 736,000kW , and the installed capacity of wind and solar integration projects controlled by the Company was 503,400kW .
