17 June, Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology issued the Announcement on Cancellation of Supplementary Capacity Replacement Scheme for 5000 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Huaxin Cement (Zigui) Co., Ltd. and the Announcement on Cancellation of 2516 Tons Per Day Cement Production of Huaxin Cement (Enshi) Co., Ltd. Announcement of Replacement Plan for Supplementary Capacity of Clinker Production Line Project.
The announcement said that the capacity replacement plan was not organized and implemented for some reason, and now Huaxin Cement (Zigui) and Huaxin Cement (Enshi) have applied for revocation of the announcement through consultation with Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yunxian).
Hubei Economic and Credit Office revoked the above two replacement schemes in accordance with relevant regulations.
According to the previous replacement plan, Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yunxian) Company withdrew from a 2500t/d production line, of which 1500t/d capacity was used to supplement a 4000t/d production line of Huaxin Cement (Yunxian) Company, with a capacity of 5000t/d;
The remaining capacity of 1,000t/d is used to supplement an 1,850t/d production line of Huaxin Cement (Enshi) Co., Ltd., with a capacity of 2,516t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1.
