First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders of the Party Committee of the National Trade Association Chamber of Commerce and the Third Bureau of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the CPC Central Committee who have long cared about and supported the Federation!

Under the careful guidance of the Central Social Work Department and the Party Committee of the National Trade Association Chamber of Commerce, and with the joint efforts of all the delegates, the Fifth Congress of the China Building Materials Federation of the Communist Party of China has successfully completed its agenda, and at the first Plenary meeting of the Fifth Party Committee of the Federation just held, a new Standing Committee of the Party Committee was elected. The election of me as the new Secretary of the Party Committee is the high trust of the Party Committee and Secretary Xiaofeng of the Chamber of Commerce of the National Trade Association of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, as well as the delegates and members. It is also a heavy responsibility, mission and work baton entrusted to us. We feel deeply responsible and glorious. The new Party Committee will live up to its trust and mission and do its best to carry out its work!

This year is the first year of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan". We are facing a new era of rapid change. The development of the industry is in the stage of climbing the slope and tackling the key problems. The reform of the association is in the time of breaking the problem and opening up. Opportunities and challenges coexist, responsibilities and missions coexist. The new Party committee team will never forget its original intention, remember its mission, inherit its fine style of work and continue to struggle. We should shoulder the heavy responsibility of the times and make every effort to push all kinds of work to a new level.

First, stick to the original aspiration to build loyalty and stabilize the political direction. The new Party committee team will always put political construction in the first place, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply understand the decisive significance of "two establishments", strengthen "four consciousness", firm "four self-confidence" and achieve "two safeguards". Continuously strengthen theoretical armed forces, unswervingly arm the mind with the Party's innovative theory, guide practice and promote work, maintain a high degree of consistency in Ideological and political action with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, and ensure that all work is always moving steadily in the right political direction.

Second, Party building should lead the strong foundation and consolidate the development base. The new Party committee team will always keep in mind the idea that "doing a good job in Party building is the greatest achievement", unswervingly strengthen the Party's overall leadership over the work of the association, comprehensively strengthen the political, ideological, organizational, style, discipline and system construction of the Party in the Federation system, and strive to improve the standardization and standardization of Party organizations. Strengthen the education and management of Party members, stimulate the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, constantly enhance the cohesion, combat effectiveness and centripetal force of Party organizations, forge a cadre team with strong political skills and excellent style, lead and guarantee the high-quality development of the Federation system with high-quality Party building, and lay a solid foundation for the steady and far-reaching development of various undertakings.

Third, we should work hard to promote development and shoulder the mission of the times. The new Party committee team will always adhere to the work style of seeking truth from facts and seeking truth from facts, firmly establish and practice the correct view of political achievement, unswervingly promote the deep integration of Party building and business work, base itself on the development goal of "being suitable for the industry and benefiting mankind" in the building materials industry, and closely adhere to the work of "double carbon". Promote the central work of science and technology innovation, industrial structure transformation and upgrading, standard quality improvement, digital transformation, green development, international exchanges and cooperation, unite and lead the majority of Party members and cadres in the Federation system to overcome difficulties and forge ahead, constantly improve the ability level of the "four services", and grasp the details in the spirit of nails. New breakthroughs have been made in the development of green, low-carbon, safe and high-quality building materials industry.

Fourth, we should be strict with ourselves and keep the bottom line, and always maintain a clean and honest nature. The new Party Committee team will always strictly abide by the Party's political discipline and rules, unswervingly shoulder the main responsibility of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way, strictly implement the requirements of building a clean and honest Party conduct, strictly implement the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee, take the lead in abiding by the Party's rules and disciplines, continue to create a good political ecology of integrity and entrepreneurship, and forge a loyal and clean cadre team.
