In view of the problems such as the inadequate implementation of some enterprise policies, we should actively coordinate the competent departments of the League City and relevant enterprises, accurately crack the implementation blockages, and ensure the rigid landing of the policies. The implementation of off-peak kiln shutdown has been publicized on the official websites of the Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecological Environment of the Autonomous Region, and has been actively supervised by all sectors of society. At present, 100% of the cement clinker production lines in the whole region implement peak-shifting production, 45 production lines shut down the kiln on time, and the overall implementation rate of kiln shutdown is 85%; among them, the kiln shutdown rate of non-carbide slag enterprises reaches 100%, realizing the shutdown as much as possible. Staggered production has effectively stabilized the cement market price, promoted the transformation of enterprise management strategy from "share" to "profit", steadily improved the quality and efficiency of industry development, and played an important role in reducing excess capacity, stabilizing market prices, increasing enterprise efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction, and improving the atmospheric environment.
