Recently, the slip-form construction of the raw material silo of the Czech Mokra clinker line project of Sinoma Construction European Regional Company was successfully completed. As an important control project of the project, the raw material silo is 71.5 meters high and 15.8 meters in outer diameter. It belongs to a thin-walled prestressed concrete circular silo with large height-diameter ratio. The owner's requirements for construction accuracy, quality control and safety standards are higher than those of previous projects. The slipform construction was officially started on May 20 and successfully completed after 26 days of continuous operation.

The Mokra project team strictly followed the European and Czech local building codes and prepared a rigorous and professional special scheme for slipform construction. Six months before the start of the slipform, the project department began to prepare the construction plan, aiming at the static calculation and certification of the slipform platform and the cage ladder proposed by the owner, how to ensure the connection of materials and equipment in the narrow and cramped construction site, the preventive treatment measures of cold joints, and the contingency plan of extreme weather. One month in advance, the third party supervisors and suppliers cooperate to carry out the trial slipform, verify and optimize the process parameters, predict the construction sticking points, and ensure the smooth operation of the slipform system.
In order to fully adapt to the technical standards and safety requirements, the project department cooperated with DOKA, the leading European formwork company in Austria, and selected DOKA's mature slipform equipment system to observe the verticality change of the library in real time through laser devices; Joint DOKA engineers carry out dynamic monitoring on core indicators such as concrete forming appearance and sliding rate, optimize pouring rhythm in real time, and effectively avoid risks such as common appearance defects and structural deviations in continuous operation. The slip-form construction of the

raw material silo is an important node of the civil works of the Mokra Project. During the construction process, the project team promoted key processes such as steel bar binding, prestressed installation, concrete pouring and formwork sliding as a whole. The mixed teams of China, Ukraine and the Philippines achieved 24-hour continuous construction, and all links were smoothly connected, which provided a strong guarantee for the efficient progress of the project.
The owner and supervision team affirmed the key node objectives of the project on time, quality and safety, especially highly appraised the company's fine construction organization, transnational collaborative management, and the whole process quality closed-loop management and control system. The successful completion of the slip-form construction of the raw material silo marks that the civil construction of the project has entered the final stage, and the mechanical and electrical installation project will gradually enter the peak period, laying a solid foundation for the overall performance of the project on schedule.
