The tenderer is Qinhuangdao Minda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The construction funds come from the municipal financial investment and other investments, and the proportion of project investment is 100%.

Scale of Yingchunli Urban Village: It is planned to construct residential resettlement, non-residential resettlement, commercial resettlement, basement, underground garage, community wall and gate, greening, road hardening, outdoor supporting pipe network (including water supply and drainage, heating, electricity, gas, etc.). The total construction area is 165316. 83 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 120014. 91 square meters (60 square meters for residential 107874, 6746.58 square meters for non-residential and 5393.73 square meters for commercial), and the underground construction area is 45301. 92 square meters (4136 square meters for basement, 41165 of underground garage.

Scale of Yingchunli Zone 2: It is planned to construct residential resettlement, non-residential resettlement, commercial resettlement, kindergarten, basement, underground garage, community wall and gate, greening, road hardening, outdoor supporting pipe network (including water supply and drainage, heating, electricity, gas, etc.). The total building area is 53507. 84 square meters, of which: the above-ground building area is 39380. 49 square meters (the 32383 for residential resettlement is. 80 square meters, the non-residential resettlement is 375 square meters, the commercial area is 1619.19 square meters, and the kindergarten area is 5002.50 square meters).
