From the "layman" who is puzzled by the equipment drawings to the technical manager who is independent with the help of organizational training and colleagues, the years have worn away the impetuosity and precipitated the persistence, which also makes me deeply understand that the real growth is always hidden in every step of down-to-earth.
Eighteen years ago, with the textbook knowledge of inorganic non-metal specialty, I walked into Ganjiang Conch with longing. I thought I had learned something, but in the face of complex technological process and roaring production equipment, the gap between professional knowledge and on-site practice, I was at a loss. But I did not flinch, the team activity room became my learning position, I insisted on studying the equipment instructions, carefully recording the parameters and operation points, in order to find out the law of mill operation, I followed the old master in the production line for several months, raw material ratio, equipment debugging, troubleshooting, process optimization, each link was carefully recorded and repeatedly pondered.
As a process supervisor, the power consumption of cement grinding process remained high, which became the biggest bottleneck of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. The company asked to set up a team to tackle key problems. I volunteered to take the lead in setting up a team to tackle key problems. I divided my colleagues into three groups and stayed on the spot for half a month. I measured the data of each equipment and found the short board of each process. In view of the problems of no-load equipment and parameter mismatch, I implemented the "one equipment, one plan", adjusted the power of the main engine, optimized the process connection, and even refined the lighting section control of the workshop. Combining with the production practice and the good practice of the same grinding unit of Conch, I put forward to the company the idea of changing the grinding steel ball from "big ball crushing" to "small ball grinding". The company adopted this suggestion and organized employees to repeatedly clear the warehouse and select balls, so as to make the material grinding more fully.
With the joint efforts of the team, the power consumption index of the process has been significantly improved, and with continuous research and attempts, the power consumption has been continuously reduced for 12 years, and the cumulative savings of electricity charges exceed 10 million yuan. Our grinding section has also won the honor of "Worker Pioneer" in Nanchang City and Jiangxi Province. Looking at the improvement of production efficiency, the reduction of cost and the steady increase of employees'income, I am full of steadfastness and pride.
From a young student to an independent person in charge of production, 18 years of hard work on the front line, let me understand the true meaning of "equipment will not lie, the answer is hidden in details". I never forget my original intention and treat every equipment and every process with concentration. Since the establishment of the company's innovation studio, together with the technical backbone, I have focused on production blockages and worked together to gnaw down one hard bone after another. From the transformation of the dust collection system of the fly ash silo to the optimization of the wharf conveying channel; from the skillful use of time-of-use electricity price to the promotion of intelligent upgrading of the workshop, each technical transformation embodies the wisdom and sweat of the team, making the equipment smoother and lower energy consumption.
Talents are the foundation of enterprise development. I earnestly implement the company's "mentoring" talent training plan, combine my own front-line experience, organize professional training every week, carry out practical exercises every month, and share the accumulated technology and experience with young colleagues, so that everyone can grow rapidly in the ideological collision.
