Com learned that on March 3, the EPC general contracting tender announcement for the new project of 60 MW river water and 31.36 MW agricultural photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation in Tongliang District of Chongqing, Datang, was issued. The tenderer is Yuneng (Group) Co., Ltd. , with a total construction scale of 91.36 MW .
The announcement shows that the 60 MW photovoltaic project in Tongliang District of Chongqing is located in Nancheng Street and Tuqiao Town of Tongliang District of Chongqing. Sanpin 31.36 MW PV Project is located in Damiao Town, Tongliang District, Chongqing . The bidding scope of the project includes the preliminary design of the project, the survey and design of construction drawings and the compilation of as-built drawings. In terms of
construction period, the total construction period of the two projects is 150 calendar days (including 30 calendar days of design period and 120 calendar days of construction period), which is planned from June 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. In terms of
performance, this tender requires the bidder to have the EPC general contracting performance of two or more 50 MW and above mountain photovoltaic power stations completed in the past five years. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, the consortium is allowed to be jointly formed by two units at most. Each member unit of the consortium shall have the qualification and performance suitable for the division of labor agreed in the consortium agreement. Each party of the consortium shall not participate in the bidding of the project separately or form another consortium with other bidders. The
bidding documents will be obtained from March 3 , 2026 to 17:00 on March 17, 2026. The deadline for submission of
tender documents is 9:00 on March 24, 2026.
