On June 26, the Shandong Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Closure and Demolition of Cement Clinker Production Lines of Four Enterprises such as Shandong Shenfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd.".
According to the requirements of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition), after on-site verification organized by our office, the following four enterprises have completed the demolition of rotary kilns for cement clinker production lines used for capacity replacement, and do not have production conditions.
1. A 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Shandong Shenfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement (announced on January 15, 2026) has been shut down, and its main equipment, a Ф4.8 × 74m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
2. A 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Zaozhuang Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement (announcement plan on December 10, 2025) has been shut down. Its main equipment, a Ф4.3 × 62m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
III. A 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Dezhou Zhonglian Daba Cement Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement (announced on January 22, 2026) has been shut down, and its main equipment, a Ф4.3 × 60m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
4. A Ф2.5 × 50m special cement clinker rotary kiln with an annual capacity of 90,000 is used by Shandong Yunhe New Materials Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement (announcement plan on August 18, 2025). And a Ф1.9 × 39m special cement clinker rotary kiln with an annual capacity of 50,000, all of which have been dismantled.
