On June 30, the Economic and Credit Department of Hubei Province announced four capacity replacement schemes for phosphogypsum acid co-production cement clinker projects, with a total annual clinker production capacity of 2.35 million tons, all of which are equivalent replacement projects, all of which come from Huaxin Building Materials, and all of which started construction within the year.

1. Hubei Yihua Chuxing Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., with a design capacity of 1333t/d and a replacement ratio of 1:1, is planned to start construction in September 2026 and ignite in December 2027;

2. Hubei Dongsheng Industrial Co., Ltd., with design capacity of 2500t/d and replacement ratio of 1:1, is planned to be started in July 2026 and ignited in June 2027;

3. Yichang Bangpu Yihua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with design capacity of 2667t/d and replacement ratio of 1:1, is planned to start construction in September 2026 and ignite in March 2028;

4. Hubei Yihua Songzi Fertilizer Co., Ltd. has a design capacity of 1333t/d and a replacement ratio of 1:1. It is planned to start construction in September 2026 and ignite in January 2028.
