On July 1, the Energy Bureau of Guizhou Province successively issued the Notice on Issuing the Annual Construction Plan of 44 Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects such as Shengtuan Wind Farm in Qixingguan District (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Notice") and the Notice on Cleaning up the Construction Plan of the First Batch of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Guizhou Province in 2026. , Guizhou Energy Bureau has formulated the annual construction plan of 44 wind and photovoltaic power generation projects such as Shengtuan Wind Farm in Qixingguan District. The total installed capacity is 3,864,330 kW (about 3.86 GW).
Among them, there are 11 photovoltaic power generation projects with an installed capacity of 1,414,330 kW (about 1.41 GW) and 33 wind power projects with an installed capacity of 2,450,000 kW (about 2.45 GW).
The above 44 wind and solar projects involve enterprises such as the State Power Investment Corporation , Guizhou Energy and Sichuan Port Investment Corporation. Among them, Guizhou Energy Group involves a total scale of 2.35 GW (photovoltaic 1.4G W, wind power 0.95 GW); State Power Investment involves 1GW wind power installed capacity, and Sichuan Port Investment involves 0.5G W wind power installed capacity. China Anhua Group Co., Ltd. is involved in 0. 01433 GW distributed photovoltaic project scale.
It should be noted that the wind power project included in the annual construction plan will be approved by December 22 , 2027. Photovoltaic power generation projects will be filed before June 22 , 2027, and projects that fail to complete the approval (filing) within the time limit will cancel their annual construction plan targets. , Guizhou Energy Bureau announced that it would clean up the wind and photovoltaic power generation projects that had not been approved and filed within the prescribed time limit, had not started construction within the prescribed time limit and had voluntarily abandoned. A total of 53, with an installed capacity of 4.147 million kilowatts (about 4.15GW) .
Among them, 11 photovoltaic projects were cleaned up, with a scale of 1.09 million kilowatts (1.09 GW); 42 wind power projects were cleaned up, with a scale of 3.057 million kilowatts (about 3.06 GW). In terms of
project owners, it involves 16 group enterprises such as Guodian Investment, State Energy, Huadian, Huaneng, China Energy Construction, China Nuclear, Three Gorges Group and China Southern Power Grid.
