On March 9, the second tender announcement was issued for the EPC general contracting project of 100m W household distributed photovoltaic power generation in Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia, and the tenderer was Inner Mongolia Duorui Energy Technology Co., Ltd .
It is noteworthy that on March 5, the tenderer just issued the announcement of the project's rejection. The announcement shows that the reason for the rejection of the project is that there are less than three valid bidders. (For details, please click: Another Abandoned Bid!
It is understood that the project is located in the residential concentration area of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The installed capacity is 100MW (DC side), all of which are household photovoltaic , with a single household record capacity of 60-80 kW, covering about 1430 households in Bayannur City. The total investment of the project is about 210 million yuan . In terms of
construction period, the project is planned to be completed and put into production within 365 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . In case of consortium bidding, the leader of the consortium shall be specified, the number of units forming the consortium shall not be more than two, and the leader of the consortium must be a construction enterprise.
Bidding documents will be obtained from 9:00 a.m. on March 9, 2026 to 17:00 p.m. on March 16, 2026. The
closing time is 9:30 on March 31, 2026.
