On March 9, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province issued the Announcement on Revoking the Relocation Plan of Cement Clinker Production Capacity of Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. On December 16,
2020, the cement clinker production capacity relocation plan of Handan BBMG Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. was announced on the portal website of our office. On May 21, 2025, the production capacity relocation plan was changed and announced. Due to the adjustment of enterprise development strategy, Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. applied to cancel the production capacity relocation plan. In accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), after study, the cement clinker capacity relocation plan of Handan Jinyu Taihang Cement Co., Ltd. is now cancelled, and the public is welcome to supervise.

Handan BBMG Taihang Cement has planned to build a 9000 t/d low-carbon intelligent environmental protection cement clinker production line demonstration project, and the required capacity is planned to be achieved by withdrawing from the existing 2000 t/d, 2500 t/d and 4500 t/d production lines in the same plant area, with a replacement ratio of 1:1.
According to the latest announcement of Hebei Industry and Information Technology Office, the capacity originally planned for replacement of new projects has been adjusted to supplement existing production lines.
