2, Jinyu Jidong announced that the company held the 25th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors to consider and adopt the Bill on the Acquisition of 21% Equity and Related Transactions of Jinyu Concrete Group Co., Ltd. The Company acquired 6% equity interest in BBMG Concrete Group Co., Ltd. from BBMG Group Co., Ltd. and 15% equity interest in Concrete Group from Jidong Development Group Co., Ltd. The relevant pricing is subject to the asset valuation results after filing.
