On June 29, the Department of Natural Resources of Liaoning Province entrusted Liaoning Nonferrous Geological Exploration Institute Co., Ltd., a third-party organization, to carry out verification and acceptance of Tianrui Liaoyang Cement Green Mine under the leadership of Huo Xiaoliang, the verification team leader, and the relevant leaders of Liaoyang City and District Natural Resources Bureau. In strict accordance with the relevant national green mine specifications,
the inspection team first consulted the project archives one by one, then surveyed the mining area, clinker and cement production area on the spot, and carried out comprehensive verification around resource development, ecological management, safety production, energy conservation and environmental protection. During the
review, the expert group fully affirmed and highly recognized the achievements of Liaoyang Tianrui Cement in adhering to the concept of green development and promoting the construction of green mines for a long time. The expert group agreed that Liaoyang Company attaches great importance to the normalization of green mine construction, sound management system, ecological management in place, and the review score meets the national green mine construction standards. At the same time, according to the latest construction requirements of the industry, the expert group puts forward pertinent, instructive and binding suggestions for rectification and optimization. In response to the rectification suggestions put forward by the expert group, the company will refine and clarify the rectification time nodes according to the rectification list, and complete the rectification task with high standards. The
successful review of the national green mine is not only the recognition of the green development of Tianrui Liaoyang Cement, but also the driving force and spur of the company's continuous green transformation. In the next step, the company will take this review and rectification as an opportunity to continuously consolidate the achievements of green mine construction, thoroughly implement the development concept of "green water and green hills are golden mountains and silver mountains", unswervingly take the road of green and low-carbon development, and strive to build a safe, green, intelligent and efficient modern benchmark mine, so as to continuously empower the local ecological environment protection and the green coordinated development of regional economy.
Up to now, there are 15 green mines in Tianrui Cement, including 6 national green mines and 9 provincial green mines.
