Recently, Du'an Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Demonstration Unit of Ecological Environment of Du'an Yao Autonomous County in 2025" by Du'an Ecological Environment Bureau of Hechi City, which highlights the outstanding achievements of enterprises in green transformation and sustainable development.
As a key industrial enterprise in the county, Du'an Shangfeng always regards ecological protection as the lifeline of high-quality development. In recent years, it has continuously increased investment in environmental protection and systematically promoted the construction of green manufacturing system. Du'an Shangfeng has made every effort to promote the construction of green mines and scientifically planned the ecological restoration of the mining area. It has used the idle land in the plant area to build a distributed photovoltaic power station with an installed capacity of 2510kWp, and actively expanded the application scenarios of clean energy; At the same time, the 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project invested by Energy-saving Technology Company has successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance in May 2025, which further improves the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy.
In the field of safety production, Du'an Shangfeng adheres to the principle of "safety first, prevention first", and the situation of safety production remains stable and orderly throughout the year. After the resumption of work during the Spring Festival, Du'an Shangfeng held a reception meeting for the resumption of work and production at the first time, and organized safety education and training for all staff to effectively guide employees to adjust their status and overcome the "holiday syndrome", with the qualified rate of training reaching 100%. During the "Safety Production Month" in June 2025, Du'an Shangfeng closely adhered to the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies-find potential safety hazards around us", and carried out a series of activities such as safety commitment oath, special training and actual combat emergency drills. In November, according to the characteristics of mine operation, Du'an Shangfeng organized an emergency drill for object strike accidents, which comprehensively tested the scientificity and operability of contingency plan, and tempered the actual combat ability of multi-department coordinated disposal of emergencies. In addition, the safety facilities of the new project of 6.5 million t/a limestone mine for cement in Duan Shangfeng Jiahou Mining Area passed the special acceptance and obtained relevant certificates in November 2025, and all the indicators met the requirements of safety facilities design and relevant national laws and regulations.
