On June 16, 2026, the waste gas at the rotary kiln tail of your company was tested, and the average measured value of ammonia in three hours was about 25mg/m ³, and the converted value was about 32mg/m ³. The emission standard of ammonia in the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry is 8 mg/m ³, and the ammonia in the waste gas from the rotary kiln of your company exceeds the standard by about 3 times. During the inspection, it was found that your company violated the automatic monitoring equipment installation and operation management system: ① production was suspended from February 10 to February 24, 2026, and the gaseous pollutant analyzer was not calibrated at least once every 7 days in accordance with the requirements of HJ75-2017 specification. ② The video monitoring equipment is not installed and used at the main monitoring points according to the requirements of technical specifications and standards. ③ On June 2, 2026, the temperature of the smoke chamber at the kiln end was above 54.2 ℃, which was marked as shutdown, and the correlation between the production conditions, the operation of pollution control facilities and the automatic monitoring data was abnormal.
