Two clinker production lines in Inner Mongolia supplement production capacity

On March 12, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued a public announcement, disclosing the capacity replacement plan of two cement clinker production lines. According to the announcement, the production line of Chifeng Lumeng Special Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 2867 tons and the production line of Ordos Qingneng New Materials Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 3300 tons will obtain the required indicators from Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. of Arukhorqin Banner by means of supplementary capacity replacement.

This replacement is strictly implemented in accordance with the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The replacement index comes from a clinker production line of Xintianshan Cement with a registered capacity of 2500t/d, which adopts φ4.0 × 60m new dry precalcining kiln process. According to the replacement ratio of 1.5: 1, the 2500t/d production capacity is divided into two parts: 1300 tons are supplemented to Lumeng Special Cement and 1200 tons are supplemented to Qingneng New Materials. Autonomous Region has organized experts to verify and confirm the actual output of the two receiving production lines. Publicity is based on the request documents of Chifeng City and Ordos City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and the scheme is currently in the stage of publicity.
